    Description

    As a People Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of the People Success team by managing day to day activities including but not limited to administrative tasks, employee engagement, employee pulse check, managing merchandise etc. This role will be responsible for the end to end employee Lifecycle and Exit process management across our offices globally

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Processing all employee lifecycle activities requested by line managers, employees and HR Business Partners such as maternity / paternity leave, changes to role or department etc, preparing the appropriate documents and updating the HRIS system
    • Processing termination cases, both voluntary and involuntary, creating the leaver documentation, updating the HRIS system and ensuring that all stakeholders such as IT, the leaver and the line manager are aware of dates and their responsibilities.
    • Providing inputs for monthly payroll administration, working hand in hand with Payroll and Finance to ensure that key information for employees and consultants such as joiners, leavers, employee changes are processed by Payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Managing non-standard leave updates in the HRIS system and responding to leave questions from employees.
    • Being the first point of contact for employees regarding HR topics such as policy questions and either responding or passing on the question to the appropriate person and keeping the employee informed.
    • Supporting the annual pay review process and off-cycle salary increases by use of mail merge and emailing letters to line managers and employees.
    • Supporting HR BPs and other HR colleagues with ad hoc requests like various letters, BGV requests and monitoring the team inbox.
    • Auditing key data to ensure the HRIS system is 100% accurate. Preparing analytics and reports as needed.
    • Managing all HR Tech platforms for regular maintenance and data accuracy.
    • Production of current and ex-employee reference letters.
    • Involvement in ad hoc projects
    • Continuous improvement initiatives
    • Responsible for managing employee merchandise, company stamps, letterheads.
    • Managing employee engagement activities and supporting HRBP with closure of payments and contracting paperwork (if any) by raising requisite tickets internally.

    REVOLUTIONISING THE INTERNET:

We started with an audacious goal of building a world where domain names are less like phone numbers which need to be written and stored and more like brand names which are easily remembered. And here we are, with almost 8 million domains already registered on our extensions, we are well on the path towards revolutionizing the internet. Brands like Mr. Beast ), Viacom ), Emirates ), Doordash ), CES ), Shakira ) and many more have already made the switch. It's only a matter of time before the rest of the world does it too. To sum it up, the internet history is being rewritten and Radix is at the core of it.
