Overview:


Responsibilities:


Meal Planning:
Collaborate with household members to plan weekly menus that cater to their tastes, dietary restrictions, and nutritional needs.

Food Preparation:
Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, using fresh and high-quality ingredients.

Cooking:
Utilize cooking techniques to ensure that meals are flavorful, visually appealing, and cooked to perfection.

Dietary Requirements:
Accommodate special dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or low-sodium diets, as requested by household members.

Inventory Management:
Manage kitchen inventory, including groceries, pantry items, and cooking supplies, ensuring that ingredients are stocked and used efficiently.

Kitchen Organization:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, following proper food safety and hygiene practices at all times.

Meal Service:
Serve meals in a timely manner, either plated or buffet-style, and ensure that presentation meets high standards.

Special Occasions:
Prepare meals for special occasions, celebrations, or events hosted within the household, with attention to detail and creativity.

Communication:
Communicate effectively with household members to understand their preferences, provide meal options, and receive feedback on meal satisfaction.

Collaborate with Household Staff:

Work collaboratively with other household staff members, such as cleaners or assistants, to ensure smooth operations within the household.


Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Home Cook, Private Chef, or in a similar role is preferred.

Strong culinary skills and a passion for cooking and food preparation.

Knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and dietary restrictions.

Ability to plan menus, create recipes, and adapt to changing dietary preferences and requirements.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with household members and other staff members.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Physical stamina and dexterity to stand, bend, and lift objects in a kitchen environment.

Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.

Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:
