  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive to join our manufacturing team.
  • The Purchase Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of materials, components, and services necessary for our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:


  • Source, evaluate, and purchase raw materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance teams to identify procurement needs and specifications.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels to support production schedules.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement, delivery, or quality in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problemsolving skills. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic manufacturing environment.

Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Experience:
