    Description

    About the Role :
    We are seeking a motivated and experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant or Business Analyst to join our growing team.

    In this critical role, you will play a key part in implementing, configuring, and supporting our SAP EWM system to improve our warehouse operations and logistics processes.

    You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities, best practices, and integration capabilities to ensure a successful implementation and ongoing optimization of our warehouse management system.


    Responsibilities :

    SAP EWM Expertise :

    • Possess 6+ years of experience in SAP EWM functional consulting or business analysis.
    • Indepth knowledge of core EWM functionalities, including warehouse processes, inventory management, slotting, picking, packing, and shipping.
    • Experience with EWM master data configuration (articles, locations, storage types, etc.).
    • Solid understanding of EWM integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, LE) and potential thirdparty systems.

    Implementation & Configuration :

    • Experience in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP EWM solutions to meet specific business requirements.
    • Ability to analyze business needs, translate them into system configurations, and develop test plans for thorough system validation.
    • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA as a plus (familiarity with EWM on HANA is beneficial).

    Business Process Optimization :

    • Strong understanding of warehouse management best practices and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
    • Ability to develop and document efficient warehouse workflows within the EWM system.
    • Experience in gap analysis and defining change management strategies for successful system adoption.

    Additional Skills :

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with project teams, warehouse personnel, and IT staff.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and business requirements.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
    • 6+ years of experience in SAP EWM functional consulting or business analysis.
    • Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP EWM solutions.
    • Certification in SAP EWM (e.g., CWM certification) is a plus.)
