    About the company :

    The company is an enterprise copilot platform powered by AI designed for CIOs. The platform discovers, connects, and contextualizes IT and Talent assets to equip CIOs with insights to make informed decisions about resource allocation, identify alternative solutions, and optimize investments.     Role & Responsibilities :

    Requirements analysis :

    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.
    Test planning :
    • Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
    Test case design, execution :
    • Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and report issues and bugs to the development team using bug-tracking systems. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and debug issues and assist in their resolution.
    Functional, performance, integration, compliance testing :
    • Perform thorough regression testing to validate fixes and ensure overall stability of the product.
    • Continuously improve and optimize test automation processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    User acceptance testing (UAT) :
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to understand product requirements and identify test scenarios.
    Team collaboration :
    • Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
    Team Lead :
    • Mentor and guide junior team members. Collaborate with the development leads for test planning. Work with engineering leadership for timely delivery of high quality product releases.
    Ideal Candidate :
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 10-12 years of professional experience in Manual and Automation QA.
    • Strong experience with designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
    • Strong Experience with test automation frameworks like Pytest, Selenium WebDriver, Robot Framework, Cypress, or Appium.
    • Expertise in scripting or programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
    • Proficiency of performance testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
    • Strong experience in Software Application Product Development
    NOTE :
    • Candidate's current/Previous CTC must be above 17 lpa.
