Job Role & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities
- **
_Responsibilities :_
**_
Person handling this role would be in charge of Vehicle QA. To establish and ensure quality systems meets the required standards._**- Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.

  • Developing quality control processes.
  • Designing product & internal test control specifications.
  • Ensuring products are designed with adherence to legal and safety standards.
  • Supervising staff and monitoring production standards.
  • Monitoring and evaluating internal production processes like IPR, RFT & etc...
  • Evaluating the final output of products to determine their quality.
  • Rejecting products that fail quality standards.
  • Engaging with customers and gathering product feedback and initiating actions.
  • Producing statistical reports on quality standards.


  • Field failure analysis

  • EFR / Warranty & initiating actions with interface departments.
  • Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
  • Improving production efficiency and managing quality losses.
  • ISO 9001:2015 QMS and TPM

  • Sound knowledge on Twowheeler& 4W Vehicle assembly & testing.
  • Troubleshooting on vehicle issues and analysis.
  • Knowledge on vehicle parts functions and processes.
  • Knowledge on homologation controls is must.
  • Should have knowledge on assembly error proofing
  • Should have knowledge of Customer survey study.
  • Functional
  • Able to administrate team of 5 10 members.
  • Able to educate and motivate teams in achieving the goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain good harmony and quality culture within and interface functions.
