Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Inbound calling for customer service

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts.

- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Must be adaptable and ability to use positive language.
- A bachelor's degree in Administration or related field and basic computer skills are required
- Only female staff required.
Salary:
