WHO YOU ARE


Compliance Officer is expected to ensure that companies operations and business processes follow all relevant policies, procedures, legal/statutory and contractual requirements.

Reviewing, monitoring, reporting and controlling compliance is part of this role.

The role requires to establish, document, train, implement, maintain, control and improve policies and procedures that are required for meeting business objectives.

To succeed in this role, the person playing this role should be a reliable professional who is not afraid to speak their mind and stand by their decisions.

Compliance Officer should have exposure to risk management and relevant national, international and industry's standards and practices.

Primary Goal of this role is to work towards achieving compliance, product safety, personnel safety, customer satisfaction, information security and privacy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop/Revise, document, release, maintain organizational policies and procedures Proactively audit/assess practices to ensure compliance Provide training, guidance and mentoring for implementation of policies and proceduresCoordinate with all relevant functions within the organization to ensure all follow required policies and proceduresFacilitate and ensure problem resolutions are done using structured methodology like RCA, corrections and corrective actionsCollaborate with external stakeholders like auditors and consultants as and when neededGive inputs for client questionnaires during new business proposalsEnsure effective implementation of integrated management system


GOOD TO HAVE

  • Good verbal and written skillsGood presentation and training skillsCoordination and influencing skillsISO and other internal standards in quality, product safety, information security,privacy and other relevant areas desirableRegulations like HIPAA, GDPR, DDPA etc are desirable

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

Pay:
₹500, ₹800,000.00 per year
