    Description
    SDR Role

    Experience: 2-5 years

    Location: Bengaluru


    - The SDR role will be of someone who can contribute effectively in setting up an outbound engine, getting us ramped up to achievable metrics, and to function as a relationship builder who nurtures solid relationships with leaders at early-stage companies (mainly founders, CTOs, engineering leaders).

    • The goal will be to set up meetings, (ideally) close deals with them, and to work closely with Each account should they view as a tactical partner to achieve their product goals as their company evolves to a larger one or age as they strive to find PMF and a path to scale.
    For the first quarter, the goal will be to ramp up and generate demand. From the second quarter onwards, KPIs will include leading closures and owning revenue.

    Sales skills {Must have}

    - "Expert in lead generation, and outreach for 2+ years"

    • Intermediate in closing deals for 3+ months


    • Good to have

    • Any work in Account management
    Past work experience

    • Lead generation and outreach
    • Must have generated outbound interest from leads and not just work on inbound leads
    • Must have used tools like Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
    • Must have selfsourced leads (data analyst team giving me leads to call) and run an outbound outreach campaign for them
    • Must have coldcalled prospects during the reach out
    • Must have done social selling on LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
    • Closing deals
    • Should have been involved with deal closure independently or with a senior AE worked with SMBs or startups ideally <100 members
