Job Summary:
This position is responsible for assisting and supporting the Sales Team's efforts to meet and exceed revenue goals.

In addition, this individual will need to coordinate, communicate and process all Sales related correspondence, contracts and any other pertinent reports.


  • Timely submission of Technical Quotation, Proforma Invoice on the same day.
  • Manage the allocated territorial sales as per the target.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to boost the sales.
  • Manage all existing clients and full fill all their sales requirements.
  • Plan and execute the field sales executive tour as per the need.
  • Handle the field sales activity and provide all the insides of the market to reporting manager.
  • Coordinate inside sales activity for given territory.
  • After receipt of PO / Order booking / Token prepare DO and hand over to dispatch team.
  • Follow up for outstanding payment of new order.
  • Coordinate and track with dispatch teams and provide accurate dispatch.
  • Outstanding recovery follow up and sending reminder mails to the client.
  • Spares selling to the client and generating the revenue.
  • Have the Ability to Multitask, Set Priorities and Manage Time Effectively.
  • Manage relationships with internal department to ensure highquality and timely execution of dispatch.
  • Timely submission of reports with in prescribed timelines (daily/ monthly/ quarterly).
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
  • Primary Responsibility is to provide good customer service support by attending compliant call and resolve the issue with the help of service engineer.
  • Submit the TC to the client.
  • To set up and implement the tracking systems on CRM system.
  • Need to Visit Key Account in the respective territory once in a quarter.
**NOTE: Have to do field visit once in a quarter (Territory
