Roles and responsibilities:


  • Take care of incoming phone calls and handle clients grievances.
  • Contact potential and existing clients o inform about the products and services.
  • Work closely with services teams to understand clients requirements.
  • Ask questions to understand their requirements and close sales.
  • Regular follow up with the prospects.

Skills and abilities

  • Proven relevant experience : years
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to interact with the clients.
  • Proficiency in Ms office(word, excel, ppt)
  • Ability of converting the leads.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills

Salary:
₹8, ₹27,369.16 per month
