- Designing and implementing digital/social media strategies to align with the Institute's marketing and branding goals.
- Develop compelling content, and manage daily social media postings maintaining a consistent monthly content calendar.
- Formulate and implement a lead generation and nurturing strategy, integrating digital channels like search engine marketing (SEM) and social media to maximize lead quality and conversion.
- Manage CRM system to effectively track lead conversion for maximizing admission applications.
- Work closely with other departments and students' clubs to ensure timely postings of their content.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences, and competitor analysis to measure and optimize social media performance.
- Communicate with followers for online reputation management, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in digital/social media, creative designing and video editing tools, and applications.
- Lead comprehensive digital communication and PR campaigns involving multiple communication channels, content creation, and stakeholder engagement to enhance brand visibility and drive admissions.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager.
- Good knowledge of running performance marketing campaigns through Google and all social media platforms.
- Must have a good knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and other social media analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience in content management, video editing, and creative designing.
- Excellent copywriting skills, analytical and multitasking skills.
- Should have a good understanding of website management tools.
- Candidate should be a Graduate & possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital media marketing and team handling.
- Reputed digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.

Digital Marketing Manager
Job Brief:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of digital media and communication strategies to align with institutional goals, involving innovative idea generation, campaign execution, and leveraging the latest digital trends and technologies.
You will cohesively manage the Institute's image to achieve marketing goals and look for opportunities to increase institutional brand exposure.
The profile will administer BIMTECH's social media accounts, manage SEO, and run paid Ads. He/She will be responsible for coordinating with departments for creating video, text, and other innovative content formats. The Digital Marketing Manager is expected to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our Institute's image creatively and positively.Ultimately, you should be able to deliver on the annual goals of the digital marketing and communications vertical ensuring a year-on-year increase in performance.
