    Description

    A Storyteller who is keen to make a mark in the world of marketing. Strong communication skills, tech, and social media savvy. Team player, goal-oriented, and excited about taking a 360-degree approach by setting daily monthly, and yearly goals. Looking to lead a company from stage X to 100X as a core team member.

    1. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and post social media content. This includes good-quality posts, videos, and reels: This work will be supervised by the said in charge and delegated to digital content creators.
    2. Influencer management: reaching out, engaging with, getting details and scrubs sent, sending references and getting deliverables, editing and posting content.
    3. Professional ads: Reaching out to filmmaking agencies- planning, coordinating shoots, hiring models
    4. Products Shoots: When new products come in, booking studio, booking models, booking photographers. Supervision of the entire shoot end to end. Bringing in creative inputs.
    5. Campaigns: planning online and offline campaigns for festivals, and important days eg- World Health Day.
    6. Offline Kiosks: Reaching out to hospitals and medical colleges- setting up kiosks, and hiring on-commission sales persons. Handling end to end.
    7. Other Offline marketing - college fests, conferences etc
    8. Customer Care: Supervising customer care- on social media queries and emails with Deepak.
    9. Website Upgrades: time to time auditing and upgrading the website.
    10. Performance Marketing Content creation
    11. Identifying and executing brand collaborations.
    12. YouTube Chanel: take charge of and grow the YouTube channel of the brand via video production.
    13. LinkedIn: to discuss and post business updates on Linked In.
    14. Podcast: reach out to identified individuals and make all the necessary arrangements to shoot podcasts- videographers, backdrop, scrub sets. Convert leads into a scheduled interview.
    15. Customer feedback and UGC- build systems to get frequent customer feedback and collect User Generated Content.
    16. Upgrade packaging for the current and new products.
    17. Catalogs - getting designed and printed if need be.
    18. Plan and launch new products- website, social handle content, packaging.
    19. Any and all creative marketing and branding efforts that will help the brand achieve its goals and targets.
    20. Track the performance of all marketing efforts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 4+ years' experience in marketing
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
