Job Title: Security Policy& TrainingSpecialist Location:Doha Qatar(Onsite) Experience:5 years ContractDuration: 6 months
JobDescription:
Weare currently seeking a highly qualified Security Policy &Training Specialist to join our team for a 6month contract in Doha.The successful candidate will be responsible for developingimplementing and overseeing security policies procedures andtraining initiatives to ensure the organizations information assetsare protected and employees are wellinformed on security bestpractices.
KeyResponsibilities:
SecurityPolicyDevelopment:

Developreview and enhance security policies standards and guidelines toensure compliance with industry regulations and organizationalobjectives.
Collaborate with key stakeholdersto implement policies that align with businessneeds.

TrainingProgramDevelopment:

Designdevelop and deliver comprehensive security awareness and trainingprograms for employees at all levels.
Utilizevarious formats including elearning modules workshops andsimulations.

PolicyCommunication andEnforcement:

Communicatesecurity policies and procedures to all relevant stakeholdersensuring a clear understanding ofexpectations.
Collaborate with management toenforce policy compliance and address anydeviations.

SecurityAwarenessCampaigns:

Plan andexecute security awareness campaigns to keep employees informedabout the latest security threats and bestpractices.
Monitor and evaluate theeffectiveness of awarenessinitiatives.

IncidentResponseTraining:

Conductregular training sessions on incident response procedures ensuringemployees are prepared to respond to security incidents promptlyandeffectively.

PolicyAudits andAssessments:

Conductregular audits to assess the effectiveness of security policies andidentify areas for improvement.
Collaboratewith internal audit teams to address any findings and implementcorrectiveactions.

Collaborationwith IT and SecurityTeams:

Work closelywith IT and security teams to ensure that security policies alignwith the technical security controls inplace.
Provide input into the development andimplementation of securitytechnologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Security Cybersecurity or a relatedfield.
56 years of experience in developing andimplementing security policies and trainingprograms.
Certifications such as CISSP CISM orequivalent are preferred.
Strong understandingof regulatory requirements industry standards and bestpractices.
