Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and write content and curriculum for training programs related to warehousing and logistics, including course outlines, lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia elements.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscapes to ensure that all content is accurate, relevant, and uptodate.
  • Use a variety of instructional design strategies and techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences, including blended learning, microlearning, and gamification.
  • Ensure that all training content and curriculum adhere to industry standards and best practices for usability, interactivity, and multimedia integration.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments related to training and curriculum design, and use this knowledge to inform content strategy and ideation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a content writer and curriculum designer, with a focus on warehousing and logistics.
  • Experience designing and developing training programs for learners at all levels, from entrylevel to advanced.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of published work that demonstrates a strong understanding of the industry and the ability to write for learners at all levels.
  • Strong research skills and an ability to synthesize complex information into concise and engaging training content and curriculum.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders, and to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality training content and curriculum that meet the needs of learners at all levels.

Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
