Position Responsibility summary:
& Explain the process and documentation to patient locally

& Assist patients in educating and further submitting documents to the OASIS center for & enrollment

& Help patients in locating local branch of the distributor & Report Adverse events and product quality complains

& Make sure the patient confidentiality / details are not shared with anyone other than the OASIS center

& Report any suspect fraud and inappropriate practices in the market to BMS directly.


Qualification:
Any Science Graduate willing to travel Can Apply.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English & local languages as explained in MRF as per location.

An ability to use own initiative to deliver results

Self-motivated and energetic approach, demonstrating interest in understanding the business and industry

Confident to deal with queries and handle complaints Knowledge of basic MS office for day to day reporting. Willing to travel

Should have relevant experience in patient handling Experience working with cancer patients is preferred Flexible with time

Should know 1 regional language along with English and Hindi Working in a hospital setup is preferred.


Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
