About the Role:

Epicor Software Corporation is seeking a meticulous, proactive individual to join as a Technical Writer/Content Developer. This role involves creating clear and concise customer-facing documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting tight deadlines.

What You Need to Succeed:

Document product functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices through research and teamwork.
Determine the best methods to educate customers effectively.
Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to maintain accurate documentation.
Identify content updates based on product enhancements.
Ensure timely deliverables throughout the development cycle.
Create easy-to-understand and high-quality help content.
Incorporate images for enhanced documentation.
Review and maintain content accuracy.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

3+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to conduct thorough research.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in software and Agile methodology.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and/or jQuery.
Familiarity with digital content tools like Camtasia and Articulate.
