Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation
: - Identify and target potential clients within a designated territory or industry. - Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach.

Consultative Selling
:


  • Conduct indepth needs assessments to understand clients' pain points and objectives.
  • Present and demonstrate our Rewards and SaaS solutions effectively, highlighting their value proposition.
  • Tailor product presentations to address specific client needs and challenges.
Solution Customization
:


  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to customise solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Work closely with clients to design and propose tailored, endtoend solutions.
Sales Negotiation and Closure
:


  • Develop and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Lead negotiation efforts to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Client Relationship Management
:


  • Build and maintain strong, longterm relationships with clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing support, insights, and guidance.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Reporting and Documentation
:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Qualifications**:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of 3 to 5 years in B2B sales, with a focus on Rewards and SaaS solutions or related industries.
  • Excellent understanding of the Rewards and SaaS market landscape.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Resultsoriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Salary:
₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
