    Description

    Job Overview :

    As the Delivery Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of products/services to our clients/customers.

    You will lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

    Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer :


    Leadership and Team Management :

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of delivery professionals.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to ensure high performance.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

    Project Planning and Execution :

    • Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the plan.
    • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
    • Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices.

    Client Relationship Management :

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.

    Quality Assurance and Delivery Excellence :

    • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
    • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement measures to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

    Financial Management :

    • Monitor project budgets and financial performance.
    • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue generation.
    • Ensure that projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
    Requirements :


    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management).
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a delivery or project management capacity.
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
    • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
    • Clientfocused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
    • PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
