SAP FICO for Accounting Tax & Admin Master Finance Run Time

Business Area & Group Function Solutions

The mission of the unit Business Area & Group Function Solutions is to be accountable for an optimized Group IT delivery in solutions and projects towards the Business Areas Volvo CE, Volvo Buses and Volvo Penta in a consolidated crossprocess setup
The Group Functions in Business Administration (Finance, HR, Legal, Communication, Real Estate and other HQ functions)
Organizations using solutions in the Business Administration area, outside VGHQ responsibility, where Group IT has an active delivery based on each main stakeholder organization's specific priorities and evolution.

_Solution Center Finance_

The Solution Center Finance is responsible for all deliveries related to solutions in its scope: Finance, both SAP and legacy, as well as solutions for Real Estate.

The Solution Center has full responsibility for runtime (cost, quality of service) and for the delivery of projects.
The Solution Center is supporting roadmap design and long term planning in its area. It is then responsible for driving deliveries according to the global solutions agenda.
We are now looking for an IT person with knowledge in module FICO, we would prefer this person to have a combination of FICO (Finance & Controlling) or MM (Material Management) or SD (Sales and Distribution)

In this role you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager Accounting Tax & Admin MASTER FINANCE run time and you will be part of the Accounting Tax & Admin MASTER FINANCE run time delivery team.

Required competencies

Proven Experience in SAP FICO modules including FI-AA and COPA.
Hands on in Maintenance and support projects
Experience in Validations and Substitutions.
Expertise in FI-Banking module, EBS and DMEE Structure setup.
Good understanding of Business cycles (P2P, O2C, R2R).
Have worked on Period End Closure as part of Support team.
Skilled to identify the Cutover activities for any enhancement.
Experience in drafting Specifications
End User Experience in SOLMAN
Basic ABAP knowledge
Experience in LSMW/BDC
Knowledge on Batch Jobs
Knowledge on Interfaces, Idocs and RFC connections.
Knowledge on RICEFW objects.
Good Functional resource having exposure in at least two Landscapes

Other requirements:

Good expertise in working with and leading teams when required
Establish guidelines and work instructions when applicable.
Relevant university degree
Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
Expected experience 10 to 12 years
