Job Title: Hardware Asset Management Specialist (Flexera ITV)

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Asset Management Specialist with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in implementing and managing Flexera IT Visibility (ITV) for a variety of hardware and software environments, including VM vCenter, Citrix, SCCM, ServiceNow, and other IoT devices. The candidate should have a proven track record of hardware asset management and be proficient in utilizing Flexera ITV to optimize asset utilization, track inventory, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation and configuration of Flexera IT Visibility (ITV) for hardware asset management across diverse environments, including VM vCenter, Citrix, SCCM, ServiceNow, and IoT devices.
Develop and implement comprehensive hardware asset management strategies and processes tailored to specific hardware and software environments.
Utilize Flexera ITV to track hardware assets, monitor inventory levels, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Flexera ITV with existing systems and processes, including procurement, IT operations, and finance.
Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for hardware asset management, including lifecycle management, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Conduct regular audits and assessments of hardware assets to verify accuracy, identify opportunities for optimization, and mitigate risks.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to hardware asset management and IT infrastructure.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for hardware asset management processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in hardware asset management, with a focus on implementing and managing Flexera ITV for VM vCenter, Citrix, SCCM, ServiceNow, and IoT devices.
Expertise in configuring and customizing Flexera ITV to meet the specific needs of diverse hardware and software environments.
Strong understanding of hardware lifecycle management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Flexera Certified Professional) are a plus.
