JOB PURPOSE:
- Manage Branding and Production at DIAL Business level
- Ensure Uniformity and correct use and representation of logo and brand identity across the Business
- Cost Reduction in house design, creative approach for print and production
- Work closely with Group Corporate Communications to ensure alignment of branding activities with the group

- Monitoring branding work to avoid logo violations
- Agency Selection
- Interface with Management

- Execution as per timelines and brief
- Budget allocation and cost savings
- Branding and Projection
- Quality and Cost.
- Catalogue and chronicle
- Archive and retrieval of Data as per requirement for various initiatives, creative requirements.
- Customized Films for various events and Social Media
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Concept, Development of Creative designs for various campaigns
- Turnaround time
- Cost saving
- No. of designs prepared as per Annual Target
- Timely release of advertisements
- Availing all Sponsorship benefits that accrue to the organization
- Working and Interface with the Local Business teams
- Interface with Local vendors, Govt. representatives for execution of jobs
- Successful execution of events
- Turnaround time
- Engagement / Klout Score
- Development of creative on a case to case basis (basis urgency/criticality etc)
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS:
External - Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Working closely with agencies, production houses, publishers & printers, event managers etc.
Interaction with vendors working on branding projects being executed by various other departments like Finishes/ CPD / Ops
Interaction with Associations / Societies to whom Sponsorship is provided by DIAL
Interaction with Publicity Teams of various Govt organisations like AAI / Airlines / Customs / Immigration
Interaction with signage agencies for branding work
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS:
Internal - Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work
Support to all departments at DIAL
Interaction with SPG for various communication updates for DIAL
Interact with various departments which are key consumers of Corporate Communication services - QSD/HR/TOPS etc
Interaction with Finance teams to oversee and ensure that all vendor payments / advances / approvals are taken for jobs / initiatives
Interface with CEO /BCM / GCM office for regular directions and requirements on which Corp Comm needs to work
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS:
- Provide inhouse creative/design support for all marketing collaterals of the organization
OTHER DIMENSIONS:
- No. of production assignments handled per annum including printed stationery and other marketing collaterals for DIAL.
- Ensure design, production and on ground support to other Airport Businesses and GMR Group companies / Locations as per requirements
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Arts (Advertising)
- Higher National Diploma in Mass Communications
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Over 11 years in Corporate Communications and Branding
