Job Position Summary:
- To effectively carry out Quality reviews for the process / team as per the scope to identify quality / training gaps in the teams and help develop / enhance process materials and trainings to achieve optimum quality performance.
- Develop sound understanding of the Reinsurance business and knowledge of auditing procedures, the full transactional process, and role interfaces / dependencies within the own business unit and related functions
- Complete File Reviews as per Turn Around Time prescribed by the Business Unit
- Perform high standards of Quality reviews and analysis on Placing / Analytics / Claims / Pro Rata files based on Regulatory Requirements, Client Excellence Model and Standard Practices and Procedures
- Operate within the guidelines of internal and external regulators
- Manage internal queries, escalating where appropriate within defined timescales and following the documented protocols
- Manage auditing processes and timescales in accordance with agreed procedures
- Liaise with the Compliance Team and / or Information Security team to discuss / report incidents that do not meet the compliance requirements on a timely basis
- Be competent user of internal auditing systems along with Microsoft office, Excel/Word, MS Outlook
- Effectively utilise communication skills and technical knowledge during negotiation of challenging and difficult issues with colleagues / teams
- Actively participate in evaluator exercises / team huddles and contribute towards reducing variance
- Ensure Quality MI is regularly updated with any necessary changes so that data is made available to the operations management as per agreed timelines

- Excellent analytical problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing.
- Commercial awareness a commercial and pragmatic approach to managing compliance.
- IT literate knowledge of Microsoft office packages needed.
- Knowledge
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
- Relevant Insurance / Reinsurance industry experience as a minimum according to the role
