    Description

    Umendra Exports, a leading manufacturer and exporter of personal care, cosmetics, and OTC ointments and creams for over 30 years, is seeking a driven and results-oriented International Marketing Executive to spearhead its business development efforts across existing and new markets.

    About the Role:

    In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving Umendra Exports' continued global expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and secure new business partnerships in assigned international markets.

    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential customer segments.
    • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions and cultures.
    • Represent Umendra Exports at international trade shows and exhibitions, creating a captivating brand presence.
    • Foster relationships with potential distributors, importers, and buyers, negotiating and closing profitable deals.
    • Oversee international marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
    • Travel extensively to assigned international.

    Who We Are Looking For:

    • Proven track record of success in B2B international marketing, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the personal care, cosmetics, or OTC industry.
    • An MBA in International Marketing is a plus, but highly relevant work experience will be given strong consideration.
    • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and cultural nuances.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and analytical mind-set with a focus on achieving measurable results.
    • Fluency in English and an additional language is a significant advantage.
    • A passion for travel and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, international environment.
