    Description

    Jaico Publishing House, a leading publishing company in Mumbai, is dedicated to producing high-quality books across genres. We seek a skilled Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team and contribute to creating and editing promotional materials.

    Responsibilities

    • Design contemporary and captivating content for social media and other promotional marketing material relating to new book releases, emphasizing contemporary design.
    • Develop engaging assets for social media promotions (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and e-mail marketing campaigns.
    • Create visually striking and aesthetically pleasing book covers that resonate with target audiences, with experience in cover design considered a plus.
    • Produce compelling videos for book promotions.
    • Oversee product photography/videography for marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate in creative brainstorming sessions and propose innovative design concepts.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
    • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing strong design skills and creativity.
    • Basic video editing skills preferred.
    • Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience, preferably with reputable brands.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Illustrator.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital design tools and trends.
    • Proficiency in AI-powered design tools and software.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
    • Strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
