    Description
    Working with various SaaS tools for Accounting and Inventory Management

    • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure close monitoring and optimising the procurement, replenishment and holding of inventory
    • Develop and implement inventory management procedures, including cycle counting and inventory reconciliation; conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify obsolete or slowmoving items
    • Assist Head of Department with new strategy implementation; lead and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CFO, overseeing all aspects from inception to execution
    • Act as a liaison between the CFO and other members of the executive team, ensuring timely followup and resolution of action items
    • Conduct research and gather information on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisionmaking
    • Prepare and present financial reports, including inventory ledger
    • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and answer financialrelated queries
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
    • Stay updated with accounting principles, regulations, and industrytrends
