    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals.
    • Oversee advanced accounting processes, including complex financial transactions and reconciliations.
    • Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
    • Collaborate with the PM to implement accounting systems and integrate financial tools.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
    • Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make strategic recommendations to enhance client financial health.
    Requirements Requirements

    • Cin7 Core is Mandatory
    • Advanced accounting, inventory management, and financial statement preparation.
    • Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards
    • Expertise in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
    • Experience with systems integration and implementation.
    • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
