    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals.
    • Oversee advanced accounting processes, including complex financial transactions and reconciliations.
    • Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
    • Collaborate with the Project Manager to implement accounting systems and integrate financial tools.
    • Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
    • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance client financial health.

    Requirements



    • Cin7 Core expertise is Mandatory
    • Advanced skills in accounting, inventory management, and financial statement preparation.
    • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
    • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
    • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
    • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
    • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and standards.
    • Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
    • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
    • Experience with systems integration and implementation.
    • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. An MBA is preferred. Proven track record (5+ years) in operations management in outsourcing. Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
