Customer Relationship Executive
Location:
Gurgaon, India
Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM software.
- Identify upselling/crossselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or client relationship management.
- Strong communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages preferred.
- Located in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
