- 4+ years of experience in photo editing
- Experience in managing and training a team of Photo Editors
- Excellent knowledge of photo editing software and tools (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom) and of the latest trends and techniques in image editing
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus
- Strong English language skills are required
