JobSummary:

We areseeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as aSocial Media Reels Creator and Editor. The ideal candidate will bepassionate about visual storytelling have a keen eye for detail andpossess excellent shooting and editing skills. As a key member ofour team you will play a crucial role in creating engaging andcompelling content for our social media platforms particularlyfocusing on InstagramReels.

Responsibilities:

1.Conceptualize plan and execute creative ideas for Instagram Reelsthat align with our brand identity and targetaudience.

2.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategiesand ensure consistency in messaging and branding across allreels.

3. Shoothighquality footage using professionalgrade equipment includingcameras lighting and audio recordingdevices.

4. Edit andenhance footage to create visually stunning and engaging reelsusing editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final CutPro.

5. Incorporatemusic sound effects and other elements to enhance the storytellingand emotional impact of thereels.

6. Stayuptodate with the latest social media trends and featuresparticularly within the Instagram platform and incorporate theminto content creationstrategies.

7.Monitor the performance of reels and analyze engagement metrics toidentify areas for improvement andoptimization.

8.Work closely with the social media team to ensure timely deliveryof content and alignment with overall marketingobjectives.

9.Maintain organized files and archives of footage and assets forfutureuse.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience in shooting and editing videos particularly forsocial mediaplatforms.

2.Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe PremierePro Final Cut Pro or similartools.

3. Strongcreative vision and ability to conceptualize and execute originalideas.

4. Excellentattention to detail and ability to maintain highquality standardsin all aspects of contentcreation.

5. Strongcommunication and collaboration skills with the ability to workeffectively within a teamenvironment.

6.Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social mediamarketing particularly within the realm of InstagramReels.

7. Ability towork efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changingpriorities.

8. Aportfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work in video productionand editing is highlydesirable.

9.Passion for storytelling and creating compelling visual contentthat resonates withaudiences.
