Advanced System Engineer - Cyber

Location :
Pune

Roles and Responsibilities:

Understanding and designing of OT System & Network Infrastructure.
To understand the customer's project Specifications and derive solutions.
Design overall Cyber infrastructure as per Customer's Specification
To ensure the Quality of all the deliverables.
To support the Factory & Site Acceptance testing with Customer.
Travel to Customer Sites in India and abroad (50%)
Startup and commissioning support.

Technical Skills:

Should have minimum 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in:

Understanding of

Industrial Control System Security Standards:
ISA 99 / IES 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Guidelines.

Knowledge in Cyber Security System Hostbased and Network-Based implementation of Cyber Security in DCS
Experience in conducting Cyber Security Audits and derive mitigation plans as per Global cyber security Guidelines.
Knowledge of Penetration testing
Experience on below OT Cybersecurity Solution implementation at staging and site
System Hardening
Network Monitoring
Antivirus Implementation McAfee

Backup Solution

Veritas & Acronis
Windows Server Update Service
Virtualization VMware
Event Monitoring Log forwarder and collector
Nozomi Guardian
Networking Knowledge: TCP/IP protocols, Routing Protocols, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, Multilayer switching, STP, SSH, CDP, Ether channel, Ring Network topology, IP routing, ACL, SD-WAN Implementation, IT networking, VOIP Implementation, AP and Wireless design and deployment, etc.
Network Firewall Knowledge: Cisco, Fortinet, Palo-Alto, Sophos, Firewall rules configuration, IDS-IPS Configuration, VPN Configuration, etc.
Knowledge of MacAfee ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Windows Active Directory, System Hardening, Whitelisting, WSUS, NTP, GPS, Network Management System (NMS).
Knowledge on Virtualization: ESXi host, VSphere, VM host load calculation, vSAN, Vcenter, VMs group assignment, Network Virtualization (NSX).
Understanding of

Industrial Communication Protocols:
Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, OPC (UA, DA, HDA, A&E), ProfiNet and similar.

Certifications:

Valid CISSP / CISM / CISA Certification
Must
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Preferred
Cisco Cyber Ops / Professional Certification of Cisco / Palo Alto or Fortinet Firewalls Certifications.
Preferred
Security+ / CCNA / CCNP / VCP DCV 6.
