We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for attending to inquiries and queries from potential clients, as well as facilitating the account opening process.

Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless account opening experience.

Queries Handling:
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and messages from prospective customers. Address their questions, concerns, and requests with a friendly and informative demeanor.

Customer Support: Provide comprehensive information on our products and services, helping customers understand the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria for various accounts.
Documentation and

Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account opening processes. Safeguard sensitive customer information and adhere to data privacy regulations.

Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the account opening process. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth resolution.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay up to date with relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements related to account opening procedures. Ensure all processes adhere to these guidelines.
Product Knowledge: Continuously update and enhance your knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers in making informed decisions.
Crossselling Opportunities: Identify potential crossselling opportunities for our various financial products and services, such as savings accounts, credit cards, and loans.
Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide clear and concise information to customers. Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
Customer Feedback: Actively seek and collect customer feedback to improve our services and overall customer experience. Collaborate with management to implement necessary changes.
