Description

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology team and drive the technological growth of SteelOnClick.

The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology strategy, including software development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of the overall technology strategy
  • Manage and mentor the technology team
  • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software solutions
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technological solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a technologydriven organization
  • Strong understanding of marketplace platforms and the infrastructure industry
  • Experience with software development, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovation

Bonus Experience:


  • Experience in the marketplace industry
  • Experience in the infrastructure industry

Salary:
₹200, ₹300,000.00 per month
