    Description

    One of our clients which is a services organization is looking for Head - HR

    Role:

    • Develop HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This includes talent acquisition, retention, performance
    • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to ensure employees receive regular feedback, coaching, and opportunities for growth. Lead efforts to identify high performers and address performance issues effectively.
    • Learning and Development: Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities. Identify training needs, design training modules, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.
    • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts effectively.
