Operations Coordinator JD:
★ Audit

★ Coordination for day-to-day & annual req

★ Book Distribution

★ Vendor Coordination

★ Asset Management Software

★ Book Stock Reconciliation

❏ Audit of Campus Wise Reports on the following:
Lab Material Stock reports

Library Stock report

Library Fine collection MIS

Stationery Stock List

Sports Material Stock List

Book Stock List

❏ Coordination with campuses on day to day requirement

❏ Responsible for Annual Purchase of the following categories:
Books, ID cards, Print requirements, Stationery, Sports equipment & Jersey

Badges, Sashes, Certificate printing, Trophies and Medals, House Flags

Lab Material

❏ Procurement activities

Assimilating Quantity required across campuses

Getting Quotes from multiple vendors

Rate negotiation

Vendor finalization and issuance of PO

Coordinating timely delivery at campus

Reconciliation of bills against order and delivered quantities Training all AM's on

book distribution process

Ensuring all campuses are following the process for book distribution

Spine Technology -Asset Management Software Training, Implementation and

coordination with vendor and campus

Book Stock reconciliation - Matching of purchases, sales, and balance stock for

each campus with Tally quantities.

Preparing a statement of deficit stock across campus due to loss of items.

Coordinating with campus for returns of unused stock of books to vendors

Coordinating with Campus for the return of discontinued stock to HO

Maintaining of Book Room Stock at HO


Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
