Your expertise in OnBase development, scripting languages, and business intelligence will be instrumental in ensuring optimal system performance, user experience, and efficient document management processes.

• Maintain, upgrade, and configure the OnBase application to optimize system integrity, reliability, and security.
• Design and implement workflow enhancements to improve the reliability, performance, and functionality of business processes within OnBase.
• Develop custom applications using scripting languages (C#, VB.NET, JavaScript) and Visual Studio to extend OnBase functionalities for specific needs.
• Create and maintain standard and adhoc reports to provide users with valuable insights and data extraction capabilities from OnBase.
• Uphold application security by implementing appropriate access controls and user management practices.
• Document and communicate system support issues clearly and effectively to endusers.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Participate in the creation and execution of test plans, testing new features, debugging issues, and providing installation support for OnBase updates.
• Provide enduser training on various OnBase functionalities to facilitate user adoption and efficient document management practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in OnBase development or a similar ECM solution.
• Indepth knowledge of OnBase Workflow development concepts and experience with OnBase or a similar ECM platform.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like C#, VB.NET, and JavaScript for custom application development within OnBase.
• Understanding of IIS Web Services and their role in OnBase integrations.
• Familiarity with web development technologies like HTML, XML, and XSLT for building user interfaces and reports.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
• Experience in designing and maintaining business intelligence applications (a plus).
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to identify, research, and resolve technical issues related to OnBase.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with endusers, developers, and other IT professionals.
• Ability to document processes and procedures clearly and concisely.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying uptodate with the latest advancements in OnBase and ECM technologies.
