Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Surat office.

As a Legal Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the legal profession while providing support to our legal team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics and provide wellorganized written summaries of findings.
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals on case preparations, including document review, analysis, and organization.
Attend client meetings, court hearings, and trials to gain exposure to the legal proceedings and the litigation process.
Support in preparing for depositions, mediation, and trials, including witness preparation and evidence gathering.
Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files, including digital and physical document management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to legal strategy discussions and case analysis.
Contribute to other administrative and researchrelated tasks as assigned by supervising attorneys and legal staff.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in an accredited law school program.
Strong academic performance with a focus on courses related to legal research, writing, and litigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced legal environment.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated interest in the legal field and a genuine desire to learn and contribute to the practice of law.
Prior internship or work experience in a legal setting is a plus.
