Batish Technologies Private Limited, a Chandigarh based IT Solutions Company is looking for experienced and talented Business Executive (B.COM/ BBA/ MBA) for the position of "Business Executive" to work with us.

This position requires strong written and verbal communication Skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform multi-task effectively and meet deadlines.

Salary:
As per experience

  • Identify potential clients and key decisionmakers in target industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions and services to clients.
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations and project goals.
  • Searching for information to support business initiatives, create presentations, business plan, etc.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, identify business opportunities, and drive results.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proficient in use of MS
  • Office, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of JIRA, Figma, Balsmiq, , MS Visio will be an added advantage.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹240, ₹400,000.00 per year
