About this opportunity:

The CA Manager is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance back-office activities in an operations organization.

The primary purpose is to be able to lead the team in providing second level operation support and timely system fault restoration.


What you will do:


  • To interact with Customer's/MSIP/Project understand their requirements, evaluate & provide solution.
  • To lead the team and deliver as per agreed SLA/WLA.
  • To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team to meet SLAs well within the limits.
  • To ensure second level preventive maintenance is being done regularly
  • To prioritize faults to meet within SLA/WLA.
  • To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support team.
  • Responsible for Cost Management of domain within budget.
  • Formulate the training requirements for the team members & ensure competence development of team.
  • Flexibility in working hours depending upon business requirements.
  • To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall OSS domain performance.
  • Follow up with OEM team for CSR issues resolution.
  • To ensure new OSS nodes are integrated & AT as per the standardized processes
  • Timely informed Senior Mgmt team for manpower dimensioning w.r.t. new Project/Scope
  • Responsible for driving EHS/CoBE through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit.

The skills you bring:


  • Telecommunications knowledge mainly Multi OEM OSS Server & 2G/4G/5G technologies.
  • For complimentary products, broad knowledge of Linux/Docker operating system
  • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and works well under pressure.
  • Should be able to motivate the team members.
