    Artha Energy Resources (AER) is an renewable energy developer focused on the rooftop solar industry in India. Our goal is to be the fulcrum of the renewable energy sector, developing, owning and managing renewable energy projects. We are vertically integrated organisation encompassing Power Generation, EPC, O&M, Software and Finance in one organisation


    The Role:
    As a Corporate Finance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in steering our financial direction and growth.

    With a minimum of 5 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise to lead debt fundraising initiatives, foster strong relationships with bankers, ensure meticulous compliance with debt obligations, manage our investment portfolio, and support equity fundraising efforts.

    Your strategic insights and financial acumen will be vital in shaping our financial future.


    Key Responsibilities:
    -

    Debt Fundraising:     Spearhead efforts to secure debt financing, including developing strategies, preparing presentations, and negotiating terms with financial institutions.

    -
    Liaison with Bankers: Build and maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions to support funding activities and explore new opportunities.

    -

    Debt Compliance: Ensure timely adherence to all debt-related compliances, including reporting requirements and covenant obligations, to maintain the company's financial integrity and creditworthiness.


    -

    Portfolio Management:     Oversee the company's operational asset portfolio, including analysis, strategy development, and optimization of returns on investments.

    Equity Fundraising Support: Collaborate with the executive team to prepare for and execute equity fundraising rounds, including valuation analysis, preparation of pitch decks, and investor negotiations.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) will be considered an advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, banking, or a related field, with a proven track record in debt and equity financing.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
