Primary Skills

Skills:

6 To 10 years of experience in OpenText Exceed TurboX (ETX) Server for UNIX, Linux
Solid background in Linux/Unix server system administration
Good experience with Public/Private Cloud infrastructure
Knowledge on Linux VDI tools like VNC, Citrix, Opentext ETX is a must
Experience with Linux Shell Scripting and Python scripting

Job responsibilities include but not limited to

Install/configure/manage OpenText Exceed TurboX (ETX) as per requirement.
Manage ETX environment.
Work with clients and understand the requirements,
Develop Bash scripts as per the requirement for automation,
Deploy & maintain the scripts and troubleshoot & resolve issues.

As the individual needs to directly work with customers, should have good communication skills and possess excellent technical & troubleshooting skills and process knowledge such as ITIL, should be flexible to work in 24x7 operations (working in shifts, on-call support etc.).

Work location:
Adibatla, Hyderabad.
