POSITION:
CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE




SALARY :
UPTO 35K (NEGOTIABLE)




EXPERIENCE:
3YR+

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or management team.

Pay:
Up to ₹35,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (required)

  • Customer service: 3 years (required)
