Customer Engagement:


  • Greet and approach mall visitors in a friendly and proactive manner.
  • Initiate conversations with potential customers to understand their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.

Product Knowledge:


  • Become an expert on the products/services offered at the booth.
  • Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Clearly communicate product information and benefits to customers.

Sales and Revenue Generation:


  • Actively promote and demonstrate products to encourage purchases.

Kiosk Maintenance:


  • Maintain a wellorganized and visually appealing kiosk display.
  • Ensure that products are stocked and neatly arranged
  • Keep the kiosk clean and organized.
  • Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the manager.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customerfocused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Working Conditions:


  • Weekend, evening, and holiday availability may be necessary, as malls often have extended hours during peak shopping seasons.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
