    Description
    Responsibilities:
    • ClientCommunication andUnderstanding:
    • Act as theprimary point of contact for clients regarding brandingprojects.
    • Conduct initial consultations tounderstand client requirements vision and objectives for theirbrand identity.
    • Translate client briefs intoclear design directives for theteam.
    • Team Leadership andManagement:
    • Lead a team ofgraphic designers providing guidance mentorship and supportthroughout the design process.
    • Delegate taskseffectively based on individual strengths and projectrequirements.
    • Foster a collaborative andcreative work environment to encourage innovation and ideasharing.
    • ProjectManagement:
    • Oversee the entirelifecycle of branding projects from concept development to finaldelivery.
    • Establish timelines milestones anddeliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and withinbudget.
    • Coordinate with other departments orexternal vendors as needed to meet projectrequirements.
    • Brand Strategy andDesign Execution:
    • Developcomprehensive branding strategies aligned with client goals andtarget audience.
    • Provide creative direction toensure brand consistency across all design elements including logostypography color schemes and visualassets.
    • Review and approve design conceptsproviding constructive feedback to maintain qualitystandards.
    • Quality Assurance andClient Satisfaction:
    • Conductthorough quality checks on all deliverables to ensure accuracyconsistency and adherence to clientspecifications.
    • Solicit feedback from clientsand stakeholders throughout the design process to ensuresatisfaction and make necessaryrevisions.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a relatedfield.
    2. Proven experience (1 years) in graphicdesign with a focus on branding and identitydevelopment.
    3. Strong understanding of designprinciples typography color theory and visualaesthetics.
    4. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively convey ideasand concepts to clients and teammembers.
    5. Proficiency in design software such asAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop IllustratorInDesign).
    6. Prior experience in a leadership ormanagerial role with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire ateam.
    7. Knowledge of branding trends marketresearch techniques and consumer behavioranalysis.
    8. Highly organized with the ability tomultitask and prioritize workload in a fastpacedenvironment.
