    Description


    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and maximize sales volume and profitability within the assigned region(s).


    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to ensure optimal product placement, availability, and visibility in the market.
    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable insights and strategies.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Monitor and manage regional sales budgets, expenses, and profitability to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement
