WORK FROM OFFICE

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct IELTS preparation classes, workshops, and oneonone tutoring sessions for students preparing to take the IELTS exam.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to the specific needs and proficiency levels of individual students.
  • Assess students' English language skills, identify areas for improvement, and develop personalized learning plans to address their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and support to students throughout their preparation journey, helping them build confidence and proficiency in all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Administer practice tests, simulations, and mock exams to assess students' progress and readiness for the IELTS exam, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments, trends, and changes in the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and test preparation strategies, and incorporate this knowledge into teaching materials and methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and performance

Required Qualification:

  • A graduate with a Bachelors degree in English / relevant field.
  • 2 plus years of experience in English language teaching or IELTS training field is required.
  • Relevant OET/IELTS/TESOL certifications
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning styles of individuals.

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
