Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Coordinate with external accounting and auditing firms as needed
- Maintain confidential records and files
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant with a background in bookkeeping
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
Salary:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
