Integration Expert

  • Understanding of diverse set of integration/datawarehousing technologies e.g. Informatica, BOOMI, Ab-Initio, Teradata, SQL Server
  • Experience of managing multiple scrum teams working on Integration technologies
  • Exposed to working with remote teams/stakeholders, also leveraging external resources
  • Experience of deploying complex ETL transformation projects
Serves the PO

  • Helps Product Owner maximise value of Product Backlog
  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
  • Finding techniques for effective product backlog management
  • Understanding product planning in an empirical environment
Serves the Scrum Team

  • Coaching with selforganisation and crossfunctionality
  • Removing impediments to the development team's progress
  • Coaching the development team in organisational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
  • Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
Service to the organisation

  • Leading and coaching the organisation in its Scrum adoption
  • Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development
