    Description

    Responsibilities:
    Preparing all kinds of JV & making accounting entries inZoho Accounting Software. Zoho AccountingSoftware knowledge must. Booking all kindsof sales purchases expenses and receipt entries in thesystem. Maintaining proper filing of alltypes of Documents of Journal vouchers & expense vouchers/Bills.
    Reconciliation of Cash Bank & Parties (Creditors/Debtors). Making Foreign Remittance Inward/Outward & Close all Payment.
    Physical Stock Verification Register & Depreciation Sheetand maintaining FAR. Coordinating fordocumentation and disbursement of the funds.
    Preparing the MIS Reports Cash & Fund Flow Statements andother financial reports for trackingthefinancial performance. Plan organize andexecute financial tasks and projects of theorganization. Any other Ad Hoc work assignedtoyou.

    Requirements:
    Bachelors/Masters in Commerce Fresher / SemiQualified CA ZOHO accounting Softwareexperience is preferrable knowledge ofJournal Vouchers & Expense VouchersMIS Analytics Excel Skills GoodCommunication skills Must have AdvancedExcel skills (VLOOKUP HLOOKUP and Pivottable)What will you get fromAmber Fastpaced growth (can skipintermediate levels) Total freedom andauthority (everything under you just get the jobdone) Open and InclusiveEnvironment
